The robotic laser welding systems we integrate deliver precision and consistency that conventional processes cannot reach — particularly for thin materials, complex geometries, and repeating production runs. We offer these systems complete with robot integration, training for your team, and ongoing after-sales support.
Built from production experience, not a catalogue
Fotonix operates robotic laser welding systems for our own client work — not as a demonstration, but as a daily production tool. That is where we learned what specifications do not tell you: how different optics and lens combinations produce different beam characteristics, how intuitive control methods prevent operating errors in the field, and how critical consistent robot movement is to weld quality. We have integrated KUKA robots from Germany, FANUC from Japan, and QJAR from China — each with different characteristics and different suitability depending on the application.
You are buying what we already run
Several of our service clients who saw this system at work became interested in owning one themselves. That makes sense. What we offer is not just hardware — it is a system we have run, refined, and proven in actual production conditions. Before you commit to a purchase, we run a trial first — so compatibility with your application is confirmed before the decision is made. No surprises after deployment. When the system begins operating at your facility, we are there with you on the floor — because commissioning is part of our work, not an add-on. Thorough training and continuous after-sales support are included.
Configured for your requirements
Raycus laser sources are available from 1,500W to 12,000W. Welding heads are selected to match your application — from a tight spot size for deep penetration to a wider beam for high tolerance to workpiece distance variation. We recommend and configure the robot based on your application requirements, with options from German, Japanese, and Chinese manufacturers. All major components are covered by official warranty — as a registered partner of KUKA, FANUC, Raycus, Raytools, and Gefasst in Indonesia. Technical support does not stop at handover.
